Planned Power Outage Canceled

A planned power outage Monday by American Electric Power in Zanesville has been canceled.   A-E-P says crews were scheduled to repair a static wire from the Mt. Sterling sub-station that was damaged during the June storms, but because of the weather today – it has been canceled.  A-E-P customers in the West Pike area were expected to lose power from 1 p.m to 6 p.m., but now the work won’t be done until after the first of the year.
