COVID-19 Update: One death, 23 new cases in Muskingum County

ZANESVILLE, Ohio— The Muskingum County Joint Unified Command Center on Monday reported the following death from COVID-19: a 56-year-old who died with complications due to COVID-19.

The Command Center also reported that 23 more Muskingum County residents have tested positive for COVID-19. This number breaks down as follows: 8 reported on 3/12, 8 reported on 3/13, and 7 reported on 3/14.

There are now 85 active cases of COVID-19 in Muskingum County with 5 current hospitalizations.
