Boil Advisory Lifted in Downtown Zanesville

The City of Zanesville announced Wednesday that the Precautionary Boil Advisory has been lifted. 

Water sample were collected and analyzed and the results indicate that the water system is not contaminated and the water should be considered safe to drink. 

A water main break early Monday morning affected customers in the downtown area along with Wayne, Putnam, Moxahala and Woodlawn Avenues.
