Muskingum County Fire Investigated

Authorities are investigating an early Saturday morning fire.  It happened at 1138 Middleton Road.  The Muskingum Valley Red Cross says it was called to the home of Scott Caplinger to assist with the blaze.  Red Cross officials say the Caplinger Family is being helped with food, clothing and temporary shelter.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
