Dianna L. Farnsworth, 57, Malta, Ohio, died at 1:00pm on Friday, December 10, 2021 at Genesis Hospital, Zanesville. She was April 21, 1964 in Tampa FL, a daughter of the late Rodney and Francine Richie Hamilton.

Surviving are her husband Allen Farnsworth and her son Allen Farnsworth II.
