Visitors Bureau Announce New Trail Guide and Activity Book

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio – A new trail guide and activity book for visitors is officially available to the public!

The Zanesville-Muskingum County Convention and Visitors Bureau has introduced the two pieces to give new insight and updates happening in the community

The new guide is about everything outdoors to do in Muskingum County, with lists including places to go on walks, horseback riding, canoeing and much more.  

The Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce says that there will be many fun things to do for the summer. “Gardens, mountain biking, biking, hiking, trails, you name it. So it’s a great piece to pick up here at the welcome center or give us a call or an email and request a copy of this Outdoor Destination Guide of Muskingum County,” she let us know.

The second marketing piece is designed for families, and is given to children to playfully teach them about Muskingum County.

Though they are each designed with visitors in mind, the new guide and the activity book are great for current members of the community.

“We want the locals to know about all the great things there are to see and do in the area. So thats also why we definitely encourage the local community to stop in here at the welcome center to pick up these materials so they will know that this is a wonderful community filled with lots of attractions and lots of things to see and do,” she said.

There will also be more business in the updated guide, including Pea Ohana.
