Gebhart Pleads “Not Guilty”

A Zanesville man appeared in court for arraignment on several charges connected to an incident at Terry’s Tavern earlier this month.

Tristan Gebhart plead not guilty in front of Judge Mark Fleegle to several charges including carrying a concealed weapon, illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises, tampering with evidence, violation of a protection order, assault, aggravated menacing, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.

His bond was continued at $500,000.

Zanesville Police said on April 8, they were called to Terry’s Tavern for a report of a fight and that a shot had been fired during the altercation outside the business.

They arrested Gebhart a few blocks away as he fled the scene. ZPD said it is unknown who fired the shot outside Terry’s.
