Hydrant Flushing Wednesday

The Zanesville Fire Department will flush hydrants beginning Wednesday, May 29 in several areas.

The department reports they’ll flushing hydrants on Muskingum, Woodlawn, Putnam and Moxahala and all adjoining streets.

Flushing will be from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Residents in the area may experience discolored water and reduced pressure.

It’s advised to wait until after 4p.m.

For the water to clear before doing laundry.
