Rose M. Echelberry

Rose M. Echelberry, 65, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022. Rose was born November 30, 1957 in Muskingum County, daughter of the late William L. and Lillie G. (Knipe) Echelberry. Rose was the eldest of nine children.
Rose was a graduate of Tri-Valley High School, class of 1976. Her first job was working for Abbott’s Store in Adamsville. Rose worked for Duke and Duchess at Dillon for several years. She went on to dedicate employment to Dutro Auto Parts for the last 20 years. Her job was one of her passions. Rose’s greatest passion was her family, whom she loved beyond measure.
Rose leaves behind to cherish her memory, her two sisters, Dot (Billy) Hivnor and Bonnie (William) Roberts; six brothers, Bob (Barb) Echelberry, Charles Echelberry, Ed Echelberry, William Echelberry, Ralph Echelberry and P.J. (Cindy) Echelberry; a very special nephew, Jim Bob Echelberry; 19 nieces and nephews whom she loved deeply, as her own; and special friends, Kent, Ed and “Jack”.
Rose had a passion for the beach and loved Las Vegas. She was a wonderful woman who will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Rose will be laid to rest at the family farm on West Rd., at 1 p.m., Thursday, December 22, 2022. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
