2013 Bikerfest Weekend Comes to an End

Motorcycles, bibles and food all were present at the 2013 Bikerfest.

This Sunday was the last day of the the 11th annual bikerfest.The event was held at Rushing Wind Biker Church and Pastor of the church, Michael McGuire says he is pleased with this years turnout.

" We’ve had nearly 250 motorcycles show up from the state of Ohio and the surrounding states. This is a weekend where we invite the bikers to come in and offer them some food and a good message on faith," said McGuire.

During the event bikers from six different church organizations united as one for Bikerfest. Doug Wells of God’s Love Unchained says they all might be different but share the same goals.

"A lot of times our paths don’t cross but when we can we ride together. We ride to support each other we are all working for the same boss, we have the same God. We have the same message, " said Wells.

Bikers For Christ is an international organization and the founder of the groups says that Zanesville is one of this biggest festivals and he loves riding through the Ohio countryside.
