A Chance to Support the Animal Shelter Society
ZANESVILLE, OH – The Animal Shelter Society’s Santa Paws Supply Drive is happening now through December 22nd.
The supply drive encourages donations of much-needed supplies such as pet food, liquid laundry detergent, 13-gallon trash bags, and other cleaning materials and pet supplies. These donations will help ensure that the animals at the shelter are comfortable and well cared for during the holiday season and beyond.
“When we have folks stop in and drop off a bag of food or a box of bags… that saves us greatly. They take the time to do that for us. It’s not just the monetary, it’s the fact that they’re coming by to donate because they believe in us, and they believe in our mission,” Animal Shelter Society Executive Director, April Gibson said.
On December 9th, you can grab your leash and furry friend and head over to We Lov Pets for a pet photo-op with the Grinch, all while supporting a paws-itive cause in our community.
“It’s Taylor Ashcraft Photography that’s doing that. She’s a very talented young lady. Go up this Saturday, December the 9th from 11 am to 1 pm and have that picture. All those donations do come to the animal shelter,” Gibson said.
