Muskingum County Community Foundation Offering ACT Prep Classes

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- With school right around the corner, high school students might want to consider preparing for this years ACT test.
The Muskingum County Community Foundation (MCCF) is now offering an ACT prep class for students who are planning to take the exam this October.
Test prep classes will be held downstairs at the MCCF during the months of September and October on Sunday’s from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
“Registration just opened today,†said Heather Davis, Director of Educational Services at the MCCF. “We will accept registrations over the new few weeks, classes will start on September 4th, 11th, 18th, and October 2nd and 9th.â€
Davis said that students scored an average of 2 points more on their ACT’s after attending the prep classes.
Registration is $20, but if you attend enough classes, you get your money back.
“Students must attend 4 out of the 5 classes and bring back a copy of their test scores back to the MCCF to receive their $20 deposit back.â€
