Hydrant Flushing Tuesday

 The Zanesville Fire Department continues it’s hydrant flushing program Tuesday. 

The department said that hydrant flushing will take place on Sunrise Center, Wheeling Avenue, Greenwood Avenue, Marietta Street, Sharon Avenue, Wayne Avenue and all side streets in the area. 

Hydrant flushing will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. residents in these areas may experience discolored water and reduced pressure. 

It’s advised to wait until after 4p.m. for the water to clear before doing laundry.
