Loretta Bonifield

Loretta Bonifield, 75, of Mount Perry, went home to be with our Lord on Wednesday February 21, 2024. She was born on October 7, 1948, a daughter of the late Wayne and Gladys Bruce of Fultonham. She graduated from Crooksville High School in 1966. She worked at Essex for 7 ½ years and then 30 years at Brockway. She loved her family and loved to cook and watch her favorite shows. She is survived by her sons and daughters: Rex (Tina Kirkbride) Wartenbee of Fultonham, Ken (Erica) Wartenbee of Newark, Mindy and Angie Paxton both of Zanesville, Paula (Jeff) Brown of Marysville, Amy (Darren) Tolbert of Zanesville, and Paul and Eddie Bonifield, both of Zanesville. Eleven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. One granddaughter I would loved to have known Scarlett (Josie Evans) Rose Paxton. Several nieces and nephews. Five sisters-in-law Mary Ann Blagg of Crooksville, Jean Ebert of Crooksville, Margie Hammer, Betty Johnson, and Jane Poling all of Lancaster. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers Jerald, Earl Wayne, and Wayne Eric Bruce. One granddaughter Jessica Bonifield. One great-granddaughter Raylee Thomas. Her husband David Bonifield. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Saturday February 24, 2024 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage where funeral services will follow at 1;00 p.m. with Rev. Darren Tolbert officiating. Burial will be in Fultonham Cemetery.
