Missing Teen Found Safe

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says the missing Zanesville girl has been found.  Lutz says 16-year-old Josiee Dawn Devlin went missing – a runaway –  on Friday August 1st around 10:30 in the morning in the Adamsville Road area.  The Sheriff says Devlin is being held in the Muskingum County Juvenile Detention Center.
