Coshocton County Fatal Accident

The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office said an investigation into an accident that killed a Coshocton man is ongoing.

Deputies said on August 21 they received a 911 call in reference to a single vehicle accident at 54680 State Route 541. When deputies arrived it was determined 27-year-old Marshall Gonter was traveling westbound on 541 when his vehicle went left of center, through a fence and struck a barn.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Coshocton County coroner.

Assisting at the scene was the West Lafayette Fire, Coshocton County EMS, REACT and Prince’s Towing.
