Hatfield’s Muskingum County’s Most Wanted

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office Most Wanted this week is a man accused of helping to misspend nearly $500,000 that should have been used for emergency services for the Harrison Township Emergency Medical Service. 

39-year-old Brian Hatfield’s last known address is 219 Water Street in Philo. He’s wanted on a nationwide pickup in reference to failure to abide by conditions of bond in reference to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, money laundering and theft. 

Hatfield’s described as being 5’9, weighing 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoo’s on his chest, back, shoulder and both arms. 

The Attorney General’s Office said that the crime took place between 2008-2012 when Hatfield who was chief of Harrison Township EMS at the time sold ambulances, the EMS building and its contents using the money not related to the non-profit.
