*UPDATE* Muskingum County Most Wanted Suspect

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect wanted on multiple drug charges.

Authorities say 33-year-old Chad Ballard is wanted on felony charges of trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, 9 counts possession of drugs and 2 counts having a weapon under disability.

Ballard’s last known address is 3507 Old Coopermill Road.

He is described as being 5’10" tall, 227 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

UPDATE:

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office said Ballard was taken into custody Thursday night shortly before 10:30 p.m. without incident at a hotel in downtown Zanesville.
