“Christmas From The Inside Looking Out” Opening Night, December 11th

This Thursday, December 11th, you can catch the very first performance of, "Christmas From The Inside Looking Out" presented by the Zane Trace Players.

Richard Tolliver created and directed the musical and it is his 24th Christmas musical created for the annual Angel Tree Benefit.

"It’s all centered around a boy who was born around 1957 with autism," said Tolliver. "His parents give him up for adoption when they find out they’re going to have a second child. One of the gifts he received when he was very young was a snow globe which he shakes whenever he gets in a situation he can not handle. It will take him to a place in his mind that eases his tension."

The show will be performed four times; December 11th, 8:00 pm, December 12th, 8:00 pm, December 13th, 8:00 pm, and December 14th at 2:30 pm. It will be performed at The Renner Theatre which is the home of Zane Trace Players on 7th street.

"People should come out and see the show because one it’s Christmas, and it just kinda gets you into the spirit of the season. Lots of fun music lots of great characters and it also highlights a part of our community that maybe we need to shine a little more light on," said Tolliver.

The cost to view the show is simply a donation of whatever you can share. All funds raised will go to the salvation army’s angel tree. You can make a reservation by calling (740) 453-8481, and for more information visit www.Zanetraceplayers.org
