Roberta Harrah

Roberta K. (Barnett) Harrah, 75, of Cambridge, passed away Saturday (June 22, 2024) at Grant Medical Center, Columbus.

She was born December 15, 1948 in Belle Valley, daughter of the late Richard T. Barnett Sr. and Leah M. (Shearer) Barnett.

A 1966 graduate of Meadowbrook High School, Roberta was a homemaker and also bartended at the Buffalo VFW Post #8040 for several years, where she was also a member.

Roberta loved watching game shows and riding across the country with her late husband, Terry. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved her cat, Baby.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry R. Harrah, who passed away April 23, 2007. They were married August 21, 1982. Also deceased is a brother, Bill Barnett.

Roberta is survived by a son, Tom (& Allyson) Perkins of Byesville; a brother, Richard T. (& Brenda) Barnett Jr. of New Bern NC; two grandchildren, Myranda Duda and Ryan Perkins; three great-grandchildren, Eli, Hunter, and Audrey; a sister-in-law, Vicki Prupis of Utah; several cousins; five nephews; and a niece.

Visitation will be held Thursday (June 27, 2024) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Debbie Gheen officiating.

Burial will be at Buffalo Cemetery.
