Skate Into The New Year

Are you looking for something to do this New Years Eve? Lind Arena in Zanesville might have the solution for you!

This is an annual celebration that has been going on for many years. $8 will cover your skate rental and you will also get a noise maker to help ring in 2015 at midnight. We spoke to Kelly Burrell, daughter of the owner of Lind Arena, who told us why they were holding the event.

"We just like to do something for the community to come out and do that’s safe for families and give somebody an alternative as to going out on the weekend or doing anything like that."

The party will be going on at the skating rink from 8PM to 12:30AM.
