MCBI Releases Shark Tub Trailer

The Muskingum County Business Incubator is helping remind residents of their Shark Tub event in a fun way.

A trailer has been shot and released that pictures the event judges and gives informational details. We spoke to client manager Wendy Edgar who told us a little bit more about the purpose of the video.

“We’ve had a lot of traction, a lot of community interest in the shark tub event and we just thought, might as well capitalize on that. Everybody’s been asking us who the Sharks are…we have local people that are out and about in the community. So we thought it was time to release the trailer to make sure everybody knew who the sharks were actually going to be.”

The tickets are $10 a piece and you can buy them on the MCBI website. You are encouraged to act fast because they expect a sell out. Edgar told us events like the Shark Tub are very important in the community.

“For MCBI to have an event like this its really important for us to showcase the entrepreneurship that happening right here in our community. We have a lot of local talented businesses within the region and we really want to highlight those business and show how entrepreneurship is alive and well here in our region.”
