Small Fire In Local Business

At 7:08 p.m. a fire was reported at 1755 Kemper Ct., at Precision Fabricating And Stamping Inc. 

Zanesville and Wayne Township Fire Departments responded to the call. 

According the Wayne Township Fire Department Assistant Chief, Sam Smith, a trash can caught on fire in the building. The fire took about five minutes to contain and there was no structural damage to the building.

The business owners were alerted about the fire via smoke detectors and have been allowed to enter the building.
