One Injured in Accident

A one vehicle accident is under investigation in Coshocton County. 

The Sheriff’s Office said at 11:48pm they received a 911 call reporting a vehicle off the road near 15125 State Route 60 in Washington Township. 

After investigation it was determined that 32-year-old Matthew Snyder of Dresden was driving south on State Route 60 when he went off the right side of the road into a ditch, over corrected crossing the roadway. He then went off the left side of the roadway striking a fence and coming to rest in a field.

Snyder was unresponsive at the scene and transported by Dresden EMS to Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital where his condition is unknown.

Assisting the Sheriff’s Office at the scene was: Coshocton County EMS, Dresden EMS, Dresden Fire Department and Prince’s Wrecker Service.
