18-year-old injured in Crash

The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office said 18-year-old Bridget Olinger of West Lafayette was injured when her vehicle left the roadway Sunday morning. 

The Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a motor vehicle accident with only one motor vehicle involved near the intersection of South 2nd Street and Clow Lane around 2:30 Sunday morning. 

Deputies said Olinger was traveling south on South 2nd Street when her vehicle veered off the right side of the road. Authorities said Olinger lost control of the vehicle and it rolled. 

The teen was conscious on the scene and taken to Coshocton County Memorial Hospital. Her condition is unknown at this time. 

The Sheriff’s Office said speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in the accident that remains under investigation.
