FRAZEYSBURG, OHIO (WHIZ) – According to authorities on April 9th Johnston’s Pharmacy in Frazeysburg was broken into and a large quantity of narcotics was taken. If you have any information on the suspects contact the Frazeysburg Police Department.

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO (WHIZ) – A new poll shows that 53% of Americans feel that marijuana should be legalized. CEO of Muskingum Behavioral Health, Steve Carrel, feels one of the reasons for this national attitude shift may be due to media exposure, as well as the idea of medicinal marijuana.

ZANESVILLE, OHIO (WHIZ) – The Zanesville City School Board met in executive session this week to discuss the applicants for the soon to be open superintendent position. Following the closed session it took action to approve interviews for twelve candidates.

House Set to Vote to Push Presidential Primary Back

COLUMBUS, OHIO (AP) – The Ohio House is scheduled to vote Wednesday on a bill to push back the swing state’s 2016 presidential primary election by a week. The proposal would move the primary contest to March 15th. It’s currently set for March 8th.
