Zanesville Man Charged with 7th OVI

 The Ohio State Highway Patrol has charged a man with his 7th OVI. 

According to the Highway Patrol, 40-year-old Scott D. Mautz of Zanesville was arrested at 12:49 a.m. Sunday after being stopped for a traffic violation. The case is being presented to the Muskingum County Prosecutor, pending further charges.
