Inmate Found Dead

The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office says an inmate was found dead in his Jail cell. Sheriff Timothy Rogers says on Tuesday during a routine block check a Corrections Officer found 28-year-old Nicholas Poland unresponsive. Sheriff Rogers says the incident appears to be suicide and no foul play is suspected. Rogers says Poland was being housed at the Justice Center for felony theft charges.
