Longtime Blue Devils Supporter Passes Away

The community is mourning the loss of longtime basketball statistician for Zanesville High School, Dave Schaeffer.

The Zanesville High School alum and longtime supporter of the Blue Devils was involved with Zanesville athletics for nearly 20 years. Prior to ZHS, Schaeffer also did stats for West Muskingum while his sons attended school there.

Funeral arrangements for Schaeffer have yet to be announced.
