Fatal Accident in Guernsey County

The Cambridge Post of the Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident. It happened Sunday just after 9:00 a.m. Troopers says 50-year-old Vickie Love of Louisville, Kentucky was driving east on I-70 just east of I-77 when she did not see a vehicle in front of her slow down, swerved and overturned. Investigators say a passenger in the back seat, 22-year-old Eddreka Miller of Nashville, Tennessee was killed in the crash. The accident remains under investigation.
