Female Falls From Cliff in Heath

The Heath Police Department says an adult female fell off a cliff early Tuesday morning. Sergeant Mike Banks says it happened just after 2:00 a.m. at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery at 675 Jacksontown Pike. Police say the female – who was not identified – was found conscious, lying on the side of a hill after falling from the cliff. Members of the Heath Police and Fire Departments assisted in rescuing her from the steep terrain. The victim was flown by medical helicopter to the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus for treatment.
