Terry’s Tavern and Winerak Host Fundraiser

Â
ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The Muskingum County Canine Advocates are teaming up with Terry’s Tavern and the Winerak Market for a steak fry fundraiser on Sunday.
The steak fry will take place at Terry’s Tavern from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. For $25 you’ll receive a Winerak ribeye steak, Terry’s hand-cut fries, coleslaw, and a dinner roll. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Muskingum County Dog Warden and Adoption Center.
“There’s a volunteer organization called the Muskingum County Canine Advocates and they have a great website, It’s themcca.com,” Alfman said. “It shows exactly what they are trying to raise this money for.”
Both Terry’s Tavern and Winerak are picking up the cost of the ribeye dinner. This fundraiser will also feature a half and half and Chinese auction from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Chinese auction tickets will be drawn at 8 p.m.
“You can bring your kids down. It’s a child friendly environment. We’re having it early from 5 to 7. Â You can come down and enjoy the ribeye steak dinner and have a good time on your Labor Day weekend on Sunday afternoon,” Alfman said.
Tickets can be purchased at the door or at Winerak Market.
