Boxley Pleads Not Guilty in Murder

A Zanesville man appeared in Muskingum County Common Please Court Wednesday and plead not guilty in connection to a recent murder. 23-year-old Tequane Boxley is charged with aggravated murder with a gun specification in connection with the death of 30-year-old William Young. Zanesville Police says late at night on July 10th Young was shot in the neck while sitting in a car at the Dairy Mart at Pine and Baker Streets. The prosecutor’s office says Boxley and Young knew each other. Common Pleas Judge Mark Fleegle continued Boxley’s bond at five million dollars.
