Northside Cambridge Pharmacy Ribbon Cutting

CAMBRIDGE, Ohio – Another pharmacy is now helping to keep the Cambridge community healthy.
Northside Cambridge Pharmacy had their ribbon cutting and gathering in celebration of their opening on Monday, October 3, 2016.  Pharmacy Manager, Mary Snyder, says that the ribbon cutting is for the community to get to know them and see what they have to offer.

“We are here today to celebrate and give local businesses and local offices a sneak preview to see what we have to offer and just to meet and greet and kind of introduce ourselves to the community,” said Snyder.

Northside Cambridge Pharmacy is an affiliate of Genesis Healthcare System and can help community members who are on multiple medications.

“We offer a program called ‘My Meds My Way’ and it is where we the pharmacy staff take extra steps to synchronize patients medications,” said Snyder. “It’s really good for patients who have multiple medications in there regiment, we get them on one easy schedule so they only have to fill their prescriptions once a month or once every three months, however their prescriptions are written.”

Northside Pharmacy has many positive features to offer to the community including prescription free in town delivery for the following day and immunizations.

“We do pneumonia vaccines, flu shots, shingle shots, [and] we do the T-dap which is a tetanus with pertussis and diphtheria shot,” said Snyder. “Just to try and help keep the members of the community healthy.”
