Crooksville Dad Competes for National Super Dad Title

CROOKSVILLE, OH – A local dad is hoping to earn the title of Super Dad, but he needs the community’s help before time runs out!
Donald Lee Stalling of Crooksville has made it to the quarterfinals of the national Super Dad contest.
According to his daughter, Misty Stalling, Donald has always put his family first. A veteran and loving father, he’s continued to show strength despite facing several hardships, including losing his wife, son and two homes, one of which was destroyed by flooding in Crooksville.
Now, his family is hoping to give something back to the man who’s given them so much.
If Donald wins, he plans to put the prize money toward housing.
As of Thursday morning, Donald was in third place in the quarterfinals, with only the first-place contestant advancing to the semifinals.
