Harlem Wizards are coming to Muskingum County

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Harlem Wizards are coming to Zanesville and not for Halloween.
The West Muskingum Youth League is inviting the community to watch the Harlem Wizards at West Muskingum High School Gymnasium on Wednesday, October 26th with the game starting at 6:30 P.M. The Harlem Wizards will play basketball while performing trick shots.
“We also have our 1991 M.V.L. championship team reuniting for the first time to play together again against the Wizards,” said Jen Fowler. “We’ll have concessions available, a souvenir shop available, there will be a 50/50 raffle, half court shot, and were giving away a free bike. ”
Money raised through this event will go towards new baseball fields and the new youth soccer program.

“The money from this event will help fund the baseball fields, the soccer fields, and if there are any other sports in need of equipment for you know the kids,” said Fowler. “That’s what were hoping comes from this event. ”
