Wide variety of food options at Jaycees’ Food Truck Fest

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The craze of food trucks continues at Zane’s Landing Park.

The Zanesville Jaycees held their second Food Truck Fest of the year. There are fifteen different food vendors this year at Zane’s Landing Park. Board Member Mike Fulmer said they had just about every type of food you could hope for.

“All different kinds of foods. We’ve got some New York style marinated chicken. We’ve got Mexican. We’ve got Asian. We’ve got burgers. If you’re hungry for it it’s probably going to be here today,” said Fulmer

Fulmer said they are trying to take advantage of the food truck craze. They have food trucks from Zanesville and as far away as Columbus.

“This is our second food truck rally. Weather didn’t really cooperate with us too well in the spring. We still had a really good turnout for it. Today I think it is a high of 75. Really low chance of rain. So we’re really hoping for a good turnout. I think we will,” said Fulmer.

Fulmer said the Jaycees hope to put on more food truck events in the future. Saturday’s fest runs till 8 p.m.
