Reward for Information on Aggravated Robbery

The Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest in connection with an aggravated robbery.

The Newark Division of Police said just after 5 p.m. Sunday Nov. 22 a 50-year-old man was walking on South 2nd St. by the railroad bridge when two men attacked him from behind. The victim suffered a significant injury to his face.

The suspects stole eight dollars. One suspect is described as a bi-racial male, 5’10” with dark hair. The other suspect is described as a white male standing six feet tall. The reward for information is up to $1,000.
