Pet of the Week: 5 year old Chihuahua mix named Itsy

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- It’s that time of the week again, when we showcase a four legged feline or canine.

This week’s Pet of the Week is Itsy. Itsy is a 5 year old chihuahua mix. Itsy arrived at the animal shelter in the beginning of October. He’s a very friendly and energetic dog. Who loves to be held.

“Great personality. Very friendly. He hasn’t shown any signs of behavioral problems or anything like that,” Executive Director Jody Murray said. “Adoption fee is about $125. He’ll be updated on shots and vaccinations. We will also micro chip at the time at the adoption.”

On the 5th of November the animal shelter will host their annual craft bazaar at their bingo hall located on West Main Street.

“We still have space for vendors. We’re looking at crafts and holiday orientated kind of vendors. Give us a call. We’re quickly approaching the holiday season so put that date on your calendar and come and see us,” Murray said.
