27 Harley’s Damaged in Accident

bo1bo2bo4harley3harley2The Highway Patrol is investigating an accident that resulted in damage to 27 custom  Harley Davidson motorcycles just past New Concord. It happened around 11:00 Thursday evening. Troopers say a semi and a car were traveling west when the car went off the road and then back on the highway striking the truck. The truck then went over a 15 foot retaining wall spilling the motorcycles. The Patrol says the driver of the car is identified as 32-year-old Travis Miller of Louisville, Ohio. The driver of the truck is 61-year-old Michael Elkins of Mt Vernon.   Troopers cited Miller with failure to control. The value of the damaged motorcycles was estimated at around $1,000,000.
