Coury Likely Next Zanesville Police Chief

It looks like Zanesville will soon have a new Police Chief. Zanesville Mayor Jeff Tilton tells Whiz News that Captain Tony Coury scored higher on this weekend’s Chief Assessment test beating Captain Doug Merry. Mayor Tilton says now the Zanesville Civil Service Commission must meet and certify the assessment and that will happen at their next meeting likely on Monday.
