Green Wave advances in football playoffs; Sheridan & Rosecrans fall
The Newark Catholic Green Wave defeated Bellaire 21-20 to advance to the second round of the football playoff. The Green Wave will face Bishop Ready next Saturday at 7:30.
In Division III, the Sheridan Generals fell to St. Francis DeSales 55-13 to finish the season 8-3. Â In Division VII, the Rosecrans Bishops ended their season with a 13-9 loss to Waterford.
