Philo’s Clayton signs with West Liberty

DUNCAN FALLS, Ohio – Philo volleyball standout Maddie Clayton will officially continue her career at the next level after signing a National Letter of Intent with Division II West Liberty University on Thursday.

At 6’4″, Clayton has been a star for the Lady Electrics since her sophomore season. She earned first team All-MVL accolades and All-East District honors in her sophomore and junior seasons, making the East District first team as a junior.

Clayton earned a $5,000 annual athletic scholarship from West Liberty. She plans to major in athletic training or physical therapy.
