Simply Sweets By Heather bakery opens on Linden Avenue

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- There’s a new bakery in Zanesville.

Simply Sweets By Heather is now officially open for business. Friday Zanesville’s newest bakery celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Owner Heather Noss tells us why baking is her passion.

“I just like the detail of it,” Noss said. “Taking a cake from scratch trying to get the end masterpiece.”

Simply Sweets By Heather features baked goods such as cakes and cookies.

“I do everything from scratch. I spend a lot of time putting a lot of effort into the detail of the cakes. Trying to make them prefect for the small kid or the wedding day. I do all the decorating and everything myself. All my stuff is baked fresh. I don’t freeze anything. I only take some many orders, because I can only handle so much with the custom order, “Noss said.

Simply Sweets By Heather is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The bakery is located at 973 Linden Avenue.
