Perry County Election Results

In Perry County election results Jim O’brien defeated Todd Shafer by over four hundred and forty votes to secure the Democrat commissioner primary race. 

Coal Township also voted yes to the renewal over a 1 mill for 5 years current expenses levy.

In a renewal levy for roads and bridges 2 mills for five years residents also voted to pass the levy 104 for and 66 against. 

The Village of Shawnee saw a renewal levy pass for current expenses 2 mills for 5 years and the renewal levy for maintaining and operating cemeteries 1.4 mills 5 years.
