Licking County Election Results

 Primary election results have been reported by all Licking County precincts.

In the Republican race for prosecuting attorney Bill Hayes defeated Christopher A. Reamer 14,826 to 12, 342. Hayes will go on to face Democrat Christopher M. Shook in November. 

In issues out of Licking County. The Hanover Village additional 1 percent income municipal income tax failed 201 to 129.

The Hartford Village five mils for five years levy for operating expenses all fell 66 to 55 votes.

Harrison Townships electric aggregation and natural gas aggregation passed.

And the Newark City Schools 1 percent annual income tax for five years current expenses passed 6,584 to 4,657.
