Licking County man charged with fifth OVI

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – A Licking County man has been charged with his fifth OVI.

According to the Zanesville Post of Ohio State Highway Patrol 38-year-old Joshua Parman of Pataskala was arrested on Nov. 23 after Troopers responded to a crash site where Parman drove his vehicle into a guardrail. The accident occurred at 1:30 a.m. on US 40 in Hopewell Township in Muskingum County.

Parman is scheduled to appear in Muskingum County Court on Nov. 30 at 9 a.m. If convicted this would be his fifth OVI charge.
