England Charged in Child Porn Case

An on-going investigating leads to the arrest of a Licking County man on child pornography charges. 

Detectives from the Licking County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52-year-old Kenneth England for pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor. 

Authorities said he was found to be in possession of child pornography. Evidence gathered in the case included an out of state trip which included an interview of an alleged adult female victim found on the hard drive of a computer formally in England’s possession. 

The charge stems from video evidence gathered from a computer between 2000-2014. Additional charges will be considered by the Licking County Grand Jury. The case remains under investigation.
