Muskingum flying high above expectations
NEW CONCORD, Ohio – The Muskingum University men’s basketball team becomes the first since 1972 to start off the season 5-0.
The Muskies are coming off a 99-95 over John Carroll, but their record isn’t the only stat that is impressive. Â Those five wins are just one off their record from last season.
Tri-Valley grad Marcus Dempsey is second on the team in scoring at 15.8 points per game in his first season of college basketball.
Muskingum hits the court again on Thursday against Capital.
