Road Construction Scheduled in Zanesville

As warmer weather reaches the Y-City, so does road construction around the area..

The City of Zanesville Department of Public Service announced, beginning Monday April 18, you can expect lane restrictions on the north and south bound lanes of Maysville Avenue from Putnam Avenue to State Route 719. Sewer Maintenance workers will work to repair manholes and catch basins. Drivers should use caution and be prepared to change lanes. The project is expected to be complete by Friday April 29.

Linden Avenue in Zanesville will be closed to through traffic between Orange Avenue and Norwood Boulevard for drainage improvements. The project is scheduled to begin Tuesday April 19 and be complete by May 5. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained throughout the project and the road will re-open each weekend during the construction period. Through traffic should plan to take alternate routes while work continues.
